that they grow up fast i’m sure everyone has felt it once in their lives, usually i try to contradict this idea, but it’s when i look at these photos that i realize that life really does happen when you’re busy making plans… and daydreaming of better trantrumless days, and these little faces make it all worth while, or too easy back then. maybe it’s just because almost one month before their birthday i always have a revival moment of every single day with them going through my mind. this week’s throw back thursday’s photo is definitely an easter moment i’ll remember forever…

porque hoje é preciso celebrar quem amamos, nos ama, e amou. e nunca esquecer o que fazem por nós… incondicionalmente. é importante transmitir essa mensagem ás crianças e o coelhinho ajuda! muitas amêndoas de preferência daquelas forradas a chocolate e canela, ovos e folares!
because today it’s important to celebrate who we love, who loves and loved us and what they are capable of doing for us… unconditionally. it’s important to let children understand this message and the bunny helps! lots of almonds, preferrably those coated in chocolate and cinnamon, eggs and easter bun!

os meus pequeninos vão entrar de férias já amanhã e eu ando cheia de trabalho e só me apercebi disso … agora! já tratei de os por nos avós e já organizei onde vamos passar a Páscoa de maneira a que eu consiga trabalhar amanhã e 6f, sim no feriado, para conseguir passar um fim-de-semana descansada a passear com os meus miúdos. não tenho na verdade grandes planos mas adorava fazer uma caça ao ovo num jardim qualquer, pode ser o seu que eu não me importo! ou tentar fazer uma actividade qualquer… não sei se já disse aqui, mas sou péssima com trabalhos manuais, preciso de instruções bem definidas e de preferência escritas num blog! lol mas adorava fazer algum FVM com eles… estas quatro ideias aqui na imagem são deliciosas, mas ou são demasiado elaboradas para eles, ou para mim. um ovo em crochet é simplesmente amoroso, mas para quem não sabe coser um botão é talvez fora do meu mundo, ovos branquinho com pozinhos rosa shock são do melhor, mas duvido que os consiga manter tão lindos… os com a decoupage de guardanapo são lindos de morrer e não parece difícil .. até com desenhos feitos por eles talvez… ou então a grande invenção que é a caneta de tinta branca aplicada no ovo com desenhos simples em vez de apagar erros ortográficos! 😉 para quem já está em mood férias da Páscoa boas férias, descansem e gozem muito… eu espero ter tempo para um ovo de chocolate! ás crianças, afilhados e padrinhos, BOA PÁSCOA!
my little boys are home tomorrow for easter break and i have only realized that… now! i’ve called my parents and they’ll take them tomorrow, i can’t get off work and neither can he so they’re off to the grandparents for the day, maybe even overnight… we’ll see… so that i can be busy, busy, busy but be able to enjoy easter sunday with the boys. i’d love to do an egg hunt with them but have no idea where, seeing that our house has no more hiding places for them, or do some DIY activities with eggs… hoping no one cracks any. i’m not good at all with manual labors specially things that need to look good! lol
these ideas i’ve put here are beautiful and look so perfect, but knitting a sweater for an egg seems like a bit too much work for someone who cannot sew a button, the white egg with hot pink sparkles wouldn’t look this perfect, the napkin idea is actually very pretty and homy, maybe we could do it with a drawing of theirs… and the egg with white corrector ink sounds just simple enough for me and they look great too… natural.
for those of you already on a break have a great one and relax a bit if you can. i hope i have time for at least one chocolate egg! to all children, godchildren and godparents, HAPPY EASTER!
